By using the website at www.torranceinsulation.com (the "Site") or by engaging Custom Torrance Insulation ("we," "us," or "our") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site or engage our services. We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site or our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Custom Torrance Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services including, but not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and related services (collectively, "Services") in the greater Torrance, CA area.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. Services are subject to availability and geographic limitations. The information on this Site is for general reference only and does not constitute a binding offer to perform any specific service.
Any estimate provided - whether verbally, in writing, or through our website - is based on information available at the time and is not a binding contract. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties before work begins.
Estimates may change if conditions are discovered during on-site assessment that differ from what was originally described, including but not limited to: pre-existing damage, hazardous materials, unforeseen access limitations, or scope changes requested by the customer. We will notify you of any pricing changes before proceeding.
All prices are in US dollars. We do not honor expired estimates. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a scheduling fee or refusal of future service.
You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible on the scheduled date and that any preparation instructions provided by our team have been completed. If the work area is not ready and the crew cannot proceed, we reserve the right to reschedule and may charge a trip fee to cover crew time.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep scheduled appointments, but we reserve the right to reschedule due to circumstances outside our control, including weather events, equipment failure, or crew illness. We will notify you as soon as possible in such situations.
Payment terms are stated in the written service agreement for each project. In general, we may require a deposit before work begins and the balance upon completion. Accepted payment methods are specified in your service agreement.
Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a late fee as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on an active project if a required payment is not received on time.
If payment is not received and collection efforts are required, you agree to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by law.
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms for labor and materials are stated in your written service agreement. Where manufacturer warranties apply to materials we install, we will pass those warranties to you to the extent we are permitted to do so.
Warranty coverage is void if work is modified, damaged, or disturbed by a third party after completion. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to projects@torranceinsulation.com. We will respond to warranty inquiries within a reasonable time.
The information on this Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information on the Site for any particular purpose.
Actual results from insulation work - including energy savings, comfort improvements, or moisture control - depend on many factors outside our control, including the overall condition of your home, your HVAC system, your usage habits, and local weather. We do not guarantee specific outcomes unless expressly stated in a written service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Custom Torrance Insulation and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so these limits may not apply to you in full.
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting services or submitting a form on this Site. You are responsible for disclosing any known conditions at your property that could affect the work, including the presence of hazardous materials, active water intrusion, or structural issues.
You agree to follow any preparation or post-installation instructions provided by our crew. This includes vacating the premises during spray foam application and observing re-entry windows as directed.

You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.
